The Coach Education Unit proudly hosted the U-15 Player Education and Motivation Program for the Western Province Gampaha District Zone 1 at the renowned R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium (RPICS). Under the expert guidance of Coach Educator Nilantha Wimalaweera, this initiative offered young players a unique learning experience that went beyond the pitch. Nilantha, known for his strategic acumen and hands-on mentoring, led the program with the precision and insight of a seasoned cricket strategist, inspiring the players to sharpen their skills and gain confidence.

Through sessions blending cricket theory and self-reflection, players watched motivational videos, dissected the fundamentals of the game, and explored key aspects of their own mental toughness.
