The U-15 Western Province North Outer (Gampaha) Zone 2 Player Education and Motivation Program took place on 24th October at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium (RPICS), hosted by the Coach Education Unit. This enriching session was conducted by Coach Educator Nilantha Wimalaweera from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

The program aimed to develop young cricketers by focusing on crucial skills and fostering a motivated mindset. Coach Wimalaweera shared insights on effective strategies, the significance of teamwork, and the importance of setting personal goals. He inspired participants to cultivate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, which are essential for achieving success in cricket. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, the players were encouraged to embrace their roles and strive for continuous growth both in the sport and in their personal lives.
